They’ll look back on their beginnings, the state of women in the industry and what the future holds for women — in the industry and as gun owners.

During the micro sessions, we’ll work together to create action items that we as an industry can put into place to make a difference. A challenge will be issued to all as we come together to tackle the issues we face head on.
